Kemmelberg

First Farmers: Earthenware in Situ

Earthenware of the 'First Farmers' Neolithic period which has been found around the Kemmelberg shows similarities with finds of earthenware from Spiere.

A few sherds are decorated below the rim with one or two rows of embossed buttons ('boutons au repoussé').
